We've known for awhile that our Central Ohio housing market is on fire!  Realtor.com and The Columbus Dispatch came out with the following articles.  If you are considering buying, selling, investing or getting into Real Estate as a career, we need to chat!  Contact me (614) 226-1039.

Columbus was the nation’s fourth “hottest” real-estate market in April, according to Realtor.com’s monthly “hotness index.”

Columbus has bounced around the top 10 or 15 spots since the home-listing site introduced the index in 2013, but this is the city’s highest ranking.

The list is based on several factors, including the number of times online listings are viewed and the median time that homes spend on the market before selling.

California cities have traditionally dominated the list, but accounted for only six of the 20 top cities in April, down from 11 in March.

Midland, Texas, topped the lineup, followed by Boston and San Francisco, which until now has topped the list every month this year.

Columbus is the only Ohio city on the list, which includes three other Midwest spots: Racine, Wisconsin (7); Ann Arbor, Michigan (10); and Detroit (16).
